Yes! Get your axe in here and have drinks, food and chill on our outdoor patio, at the bar, or in our gorgeous lodge-like lounge. We have board games to help you relax by the fireplace. You can also head upstairs to THRōW Social® where you can enjoy a retro-palm beach tropical vibe, backyard style games, and live music 7 days a week!

Are you associated with THRōW Social®at the same address?
YES! THRōW Social® is our sister brand and is the perfect complement to Kick Axe Throwing®. Whereas Kick Axe Throwing® is very cozy with its lodge setting, THRōW Social® is like walking into a Palm Beach summer. With fun & unique activities like LIVE MUSIC! Corn hole & TapGLO Ping Pong, having a fruity cocktail has never been so much fun! There are also rentable VIP Cabanas for those special nights. How much does this kick axe activity cost & do I have to pay up front?
The cost is $33+tax/pp for the 1 hour range reservation and you pay when you make the reservation online. Normal reservations are fully refundable up until 24 hours before. Book HERE!
Walk-ins -- How do they work?
We welcome walk-ins! There may not be availability to throw axes during super busy times, but you can book for a later time and have a drink & some food! To guarantee availability, definitely reserve your Kick Axe Throwing® experience online! ;-) Plus, we offer FULL REFUNDS up to 24 hours prior to your reservation so you can change your mind up until then. Sorry, but within 24 hours we don't offer any refunds :'( When we do have walk-in space, the range times only start at fixed times, so you may not be able to walk in and start throwing - you'll have to wait until the next available start time. Kind of like walking into the movies. :)

Do I need a large group to throw?
Nope! Any groups that aren't large enough to fill a full lane may be paired with other lumberjacks looking to throw - we think of it as a fun way to make new friends. If you do want the whole range to yourselves, simply reserve all eight tickets. You can add up to two more at check out if you do.
Can we just get a range to ourselves?
If you would prefer to throw alone you can purchase all eight tickets and make the lane private for the hour. If you purchase the whole range, you can bring up to 10 people and pay for the extras when you arrive.
What if we have a lot of lumberjacks? Say, 20 or more?
If you would prefer to Please contact one of our lumberjack coordinators - yes, those do exist. Contact them HERE!
We are all booking separately so we can pay for ourselves. Will we get to throw together?
Let us know if you are booking with other parties in the notes section at checkout (pick one name to say you are with). We will do our best, but the only foolproof way is to create one booking under one name. If you want two ranges next to each other to start at the same time, please contact us by emailing email@example.com or calling us at (833)454–2529.
What ages can throw at Kick Axe Throwing®?
Ages 8 and up as long as they have the strength and coordination to effectively throw a hatchet as judged by our Axe Pros. All children must be under the immediate control of an adult! Officially, there must be one adult per three kids aged 8 - 14; kids 15 - 17 just need one adult per range. Sorry! NOTE: WE ARE 21+ AFTER 9 PM EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK!
We have implemented a cool solution for kids who just aren't sticking the axe - they throw one of our foam axes and score wherever they hit the target! This way they can compete with the adults. Yay!
What is your Lateness Policy?
PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR START TIME!
If you are 10+ minutes late, you will be asked to move to the next available time slot – if any are available! OR you will receive a credit to visit another time. If you arrive after your start time and do not have the range to yourselves, you may not be allowed to join the range. Why? Our axe instructors use the beginning of each throwing session to instruct all throwers on our safety guidelines and instructions. We cannot stop gameplay for the guests who arrived on time to go through the safety protocol again with you/your group (and then you'll be mad at us and start crying, and then we'll start crying, and it'll be messy AF. So please just come early!)
Can we bring our own food and/or drink?
What?! We have an amazing MENU and a full bar! Unless you just want to bring in store-bought cupcakes or cake & only if you have a private range to yourselves. Just make a regular booking for a private range (all 8 seats). You can buy other food & drinks right off our menu when you get here.
NOTE: We have a full kitchen & bar and only allow outside catering for large special events. Please email us HERE to discuss your options.
If you just want to bring cupcakes, you are able to bring them to any type of reservation as long as they're store-bought (for health code reasons).
If you'd like to bring a cake, purchase bar or food packages, or have more than ten people, this would require a Special Event so that we can ensure you have ranges that start at the same time & are next to each other. No BYOB is allowed ever, as we do have a bar on site.
Does Kick Axe sell alcohol & food?
We cannot have hangry, thirsty axe chuckers, so we have a full bar & delicious food MENU! ID required for the alcohol.
Do you offer catering & pre-purchased food & drink packages?
Birthday Parties, Team Building, Bachelor(ette) Parties... are they hard to arrange?
We make it easy! If you are only booking one range and just want to bring in store-bought cupcakes (only if you have a private range to yourselves), just make a regular booking for an entire range (all 8 tickets). You can buy other food & drinks right off our menu when you get here.
If you do have an event with 9+ guests or two hours or longer, and plan on purchasing one of our bar or food packages, you must book through our Special Events department! This way, we can guarantee that the ranges assigned to your group are next to each other, start at the same time, and have space for food. Check out our Special Event Packages or email us HERE to learn more!
Our Special Events department can also help you book for groups larger than 10, or if you want a longer session or two ranges next to each other. For weekend events, try to contact us as far in advance as possible!

Can I book an event outside of your normal hours?
What is your cancellation policy?
Of, no you don't! Your can't chicken out! Just kidding. You will get a FULL REFUND up to 24 hours in advance of your time. Sorry but within 24 hours there are no refunds :'(
If you book a Special Event, there are different cancellation deadlines outlined in your personalized contract.
Can I change or cancel my booking online?
Yes! Up until 24 hours before your reservation, just go to your confirmation email and click the blue Modify Reservation button or White Cancel Reservation button (only available up until 24 hours prior to your reservation). You will be able to change the date & time (if available) or cancel. Sorry, there are no refunds within 24 hours of your start time.
Will we be taught how to throw?
Each range has an Axe Pro that not only teaches the rules, but coaches you on how to throw. They also get you started with some fun competitive games!
What should I wear? Do I have to wear a plaid shirt?
We have only two requirements:
*Closed-toe shoes (no high heels even if they are closed-toe)
*A shirt which gives you full range of motion
Are you handicapped accessible? Can I throw if I am in a wheelchair?
10-4 on both of those!
Can I bring my own axe?
Unfortunately, our insurance guy says no (this does not apply to leagues).
Can I buy Gift Certificates?

Do Axe Pros accept tips?
Tipping is never required but always appreciated! Our Axe Pros will do their best to make your axe-perience fun and exciting. It is nice to show them some love!

What is parking like near Kick Axe Throwing®?
There is metered on-street parking and a great parking garage a half a block away!
Guests receive a SPECIAL RATE of $6 for 4 hours in the parking garage! We have a QR code to scan onsite, follow the steps below:
Please download the ZipBy app and create an account BEFORE YOU ENTER THE GARAGE!
As you approach the gate, open the app on your phone, and activate your Bluetooth.
When at the gate, the system will acknowledge your app and create an open ticket for parking directly onto your app. The gate will then open for you. Proceed to park and walk into the venue.
While in the venue, open the app, and scan our QR code to obtain the discounted rate directly onto your app.
When departing the parking garage, reopen your app with your Bluetooth on.
As you approach the gate, it will open, allowing you to exit the garage, and will confirm that your ticket has been paid.
REMEMBER: We ask that you arrive 20 minutes before your start time!
